About the Yoga Workshop
This workshop is about becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. We all have struggles whether it is regret, worry, stress, anxiety, or any other limiting emotion, but how do we resolve to find peace? Tapping into the bigger vision for yourself. through our "Becoming Comfortable with the Uncomfortable" Yoga workshop we will explore the power of movement through vinyasa flows, guided silent meditation, and group interaction meditation. Expect to allow all the emotions out, and leave it on the mat to walk a bit lighter out of the workshop.

Stefanie is formally certified in vinyasa, where she enjoys bringing life to the practice with unique flows which connect the body and mind. During Women's Wellness Weekend Stefanie will offer yoga classes which will include flows for all levels with doses of balance, meditation, standing and seated poses, and relaxation.
