About Forest Bathing Walk
Forest bathing, or shinin-yoku, is an immersive nature experience that encourages participants to engage all their senses in a forest or natural environment. Come drench your senses in the beauty of our serene natural woodlands as they meet the sea. On a gentle, walk, we will experience a renewed wonder for the natural world, connect more deeply with ourselves, and slow down to find the innate rhythms of our true nature.

Terry Solano is a seasoned Physical Therapist with a rewarding 40-year career dedicated to optimizing movement to enhance the human experience. Her passion for holistic well-being extends beyond the clinic as evidenced by her completion of the challenging Camino de Inca. She firmly believes in fostering a harmonious relationship between the individual and the natural world to enhance personal well-being and environmental sustainability.

About Women's Body Positivity Workshop
